- Extra Person charge is Php 3,550 net per person per night in all seasons
- Peak Season Surcharge: Addditional Php 1,500 per room per night during Peak Period for booking on the following dates:
- Christmas / New Year Season: (December 18, 2008-January 09)
- Holy Week (from the Friday before to the Thursday after Good Friday)
- Chinese New Year (three days before and after official Chinese New Year date)
- A maximum of 2 children below 5 years old are given free accommodation as long as they are sharing the same room with parents or guardian
- Check-in time is at 2:00 pm / Check-out time is at 12:00 NN
